Bid on dinner with Joss Whedon

Joss Whedon is auctioning off a dinner with himself for the charity Equality Now.

According to Serenity Stuff, winning bidders get to be a part of

"an exclusive get together at the San Diego Comic Con this July. The five highest bidders get a private sit down with Joss, chewing the fat and drinking the drinks. There are some other rarities up for auction as part of the fundraiser, but the main event takes place in a private room in San Diego’s trendy gaslamp neighborhood in late July. The auction will run from July 2 to July 12."

Whedon, movies, and Buffy

If you have been living under a rock or too caught up in Super Bowl fever, you might not have read the news that Whedon has removed himself from Warner Bros' Wonder Woman movie citing creative differences. Have they not learned to just let Whedon do what he wants!

At least we still have Buffy Season 8 in comic form. Here is an interview about the comic over at MTV.com and some new images from the book.

Whedon to direct an episode of The Office

Televisionary reports that our master, Joss Whedon will return to television directing an episode of The Office sometime this spring.

Soon afterward, Whedon confirmed it on Whedonesque.
